Put the sugar in the mold where the flan will be cooked over medium heat until it melts and turns dark brown.

Blend all the ingredients in a blender for about 4 minutes.

Pour the mixture into your mold and cover it well with aluminum foil.

Place in a pot with water to heat and put the mold in a water bath, cover it well, and leave it on medium heat for 40 minutes.

Let it cool, loosen the edges, and then carefully flip it onto a large plate. Ready to serve.
