I used 2 packs of pork liver because I found it at a good price.

Cut into bite-sized pieces. No need to wash with water.

Season with ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Let it sit for about 10-20 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Sprinkle potato starch over everything and mix well.

Add oil to a frying pan and cook the liver from step 5.

Mix in your favorite yakiniku sauce with the liver from step 6.

Make sure to cook thoroughly to avoid undercooking the inside.
