Bulging Chocolate Muffins

Pre heat the oven to 200°C or gas mark 6
- 2
Place milk, eggs and oil in a mixing bowl and whisk
- 3
Sift the flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder into a separate bowl
- 4
Stir the semolina into the mix
- 5
Combine thoroughly and make a well in the centre
- 6
Add the liquid mixture from step two into the bowl a little at a time. Stir gently between each addition until well mixed

Divide the mixture between the twelve paper cases in the muffin tin
- 8
Bake until done. Sorry, fourteen year old me didn't give clearer instructions, so you'll have to play by ear
