Chilled Tofu with 'Hiroshi' Seasoning

Crispy and delicious 'Hiroshi'! Using Mishima Foods' Hiroshi seasoning gives you a new way to enjoy tofu.
Update: Since posting this recipe, 'Salmon Hiroshi' and 'Dashi Hiroshi' have been released, and I've received feedback that they're delicious! Please give them a try.

Here are the ingredients.

Place the tofu on a plate and sprinkle the Hiroshi seasoning on top. Note: Hiroshi is quite salty, so be careful with the amount.

Drizzle the sesame oil over the Hiroshi seasoning. Use about half as much sesame oil as Hiroshi.

Break up the tofu and mix as you eat. Enjoy!

Mako Sando added some grated yuzu peel on top, which added a wonderful aroma. Feel free to try it!

You can also use 'Salmon Hiroshi' or 'Dashi Hiroshi' for variety.
