Today I have made healthy snacks roasted masala pumpkin seeds. It's very easy and simple quick as a mini snacks recipe. It's also as energy gain recipe.

Arrenge all ingredients in one place.

Heat pan add ghee and pumpkin seeds and roast on low heat till the seeds start to splutter then take out in a bowl. Same pan add ghee and roast cashew nuts, almond, keep aside.

Now sprinkle all masala and salt, mix it properly well.
