Open scallops

Divide scallops into 3 pieces

Cut scallop mantle in small piece. And mince spring onion. Put both on the shell(use hollow one)

Put half cup of water and boil on low heat.

Put bonito flakes, Miso and a little of water.

After cook well put egg on it.

Mix all and remove from the heat while egg is soft.

Boil red part well.

Eat with Wasabi and soy sauce.

Fry both side slightly

Put soy sauce a little

Eat Miso scallop with rice. Tasty!
