Ingredients

6-8 servings
  • 2-3 CupsShredded Chicken
  • 1 Cupshredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 HeadBroccoli Chopped
  • Sliced Portobello Mushrooms
  • 1 BoxLarge Shells
  • Alfredo Sauce (I use Bertolli)

Steps

45 mins
  1. 1

    Make large shells as directed on box

  2. 2

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  3. 3

    Mix chicken, broccoli, mushrooms, 1/2 cup of parmesan, and 3/4 of Alfredo sauce

  4. 4

    Put some of the Alfredo Sauce at the bottom of a large baking dish

  5. 5

    Fill cooked shells with chicken mixture and place shells into baking dish

  6. 6

    Top shells with leftover 1/2 cup parmesan

  7. 7

    Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes
