Cook the noodles in hot boiling water for just two minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a non-stick pan, put a spoon of olive oil. Allow to heat. Add the onions and fry for a minute before adding the mixed veg. Stir, then pour in your noodles. While still stiring, add the coriander powder, the noodles seasoning and chilli (I can't afford not to put "atagungun" in my indomie 😄).

Break in the eggs, do not stir. Cover for a few seconds then stir in.
