Ingredients

  • 1 cupChopped pumpkin / kaddu -
  • 1/4 tspChopped green chilli -
  • Panch phoren(cumin seeds
  • feenel seeds,rai,methi seeds,
  • 1/2 tspasafoetida) -
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder -
  • 1 tspCoriander powder -
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder -
  • 1/2 tspDried mango powder /amchur -
  • Salt - to taste
  • 4 tbspSugar -
  • 2 tbspOil -

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan.
    Add panch foren to crackle.
    Add chopped pumpkin /kaddu, and green chilli.

    Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder,,salt and amchur powder and also add two tbsp of water and mix well.

    Cover it and cook in a low flame for five mins.
    Add sugar and mix well.
    Serve with puri.
