Mash Boiled Potatoes Completely

Add Sauted Veggies In Mashed Potatoes

Add All Powdered Spices In It (Black Pepper Powder, Jeera Powder, Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder & Salt)

Add Some Chopped Coriander In It & Mix It Well

Then Add Soaked Poha In It & Mix It Properly

Shape Them In A Cylinder Shape

Add Refined Flour, Corn Flour, Salt & Black Pepper Powder In A Bowl

Gradually Add Some Water & Make A Thin Slurry Of It

Firstly Coat Potatoes Cylinder With Corn Flour Slurry & Then With Bread Crumbs

Keep It In The Fridge For At least 20 Minutes Before Frying
