Add ¼ tsp salt or little salt as prefer in 2 cups of water. Peel the banana and cut it into round thin slices. Immediately put these banana slices in salted water and refrigerate this bowl for 30-40 minutes.

After 40 minutes, remove the banana slices from the salt water and pat dry with a clean napkin.

Transfer the slices to a mixing bowl, add a little salt (as per taste), red chilli powder, black pepper powder. Mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes. Add maida (all-purpose flour) and coat well.

Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Deep fry banana slices on high to medium heat until golden brown and crisp.

Using a slotted spoon, drain fried chips on absorbent paper or a kitchen towel.

Once it cools down, immediately transfer these banana chips in an airtight container. Sprinkle with chaat masala and oregano spice while serving.

Store Masala Banana Chips in an airtight jar so that it's remain cripsy.
