Steps

Add Shredded red cabbage in whisked curd(dahi) and mix it well.

Add black pepper powder, sugar, salt, mint leaves and coriander leaves.

For tadka
Add ghee, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, Urad Daal, sesame seeds, finely chopped green chillies and curry leaves and allow it to tempered. - 4
Now add tadka in curd cabbage mixture.

Serve it with thepla or rice
