Quick Cheese Naans with Yogurt

Mix the flour, baking powder, and yogurt in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs, such as chopped parsley. The dough should not be sticky. If it is, add a little more flour.

Divide the dough into 3 balls. Roll them out. Place the cheese in the middle and close the dough to form a ball again. On a floured surface, roll out the naans with a rolling pin. Brush them with oil. Place the naans in a preheated skillet without any fat and cook for a few minutes on each side. Enjoy 😋.
