Mash the two ripe bananas with a fork. Add the flour and vanilla extract, then knead until you have a dough that doesn't stick to your hands.

Form 30-gram balls and place them in the air fryer for 7 to 8 minutes, until golden brown.

While still warm, spray with coconut oil and roll in the cinnamon and brown sugar mixture to coat all over.

You can also drizzle with honey or melted chocolate if you like.
