Steps

In a bowl add in the sugar and margarine. Whip until pale

Go in with the egg yolk, vanilla and whipping cream

Add salt and mix to incorporate.

Add in the flour and cornstarch. Fold in using a spatula.

Fit a piping bag with a 2D nozzle and fill in with the batter
- 6
Pipe onto a prepared baking tray and bake for 12 minutes in a 170° preheated oven. Once done allow to cook.

Serve as desired. Can be had as they are or add some color with a drop of jam. Enjoy
