Paneer Potato Curry

Assemble ingredients

Marinade paneer cubes with little salt and turmeric, Marinade for around 10 minutes and then fry till golden brown and keep aside.

Assemble ingredients, chop potato into halves and keep aside.
Make a smooth paste of soaked Cashews + green Chilli + ginger.
Make a medium thick paste of cumin powder + turmeric powder + coriander powder + salt. - 4
In moderately heated add oil, allow to heat, Nigella seeds and allow to crackle. Then add potato and saute for 4- 5 minutes under low to medium flame.
Add masala paste + 3 tbsp water and sauté till masala leaves oil. - 5
Then add water and cook for 4-5 minutes under high flame.

Then add fried paneer cubes + salt (as required) + sugar + Garam masala and cook further for 4-5 minutes,, lastly add ghee + Kasuri Methi, simmer and cook for around 2 minutes.
Dish is done.
