Sautee the onion until tender

Add frozen peas and sautee until cooked

Add the garlic and ground ginger and stir until fragrant

Squeeze lemon juice over the mixture and push to one side

Add the egg to the pan and roughly scramble (should not be dry)

Mix egg into onions and season with salt, pepper and msg (add more than you usually would as it will be diluted by the rice)

Add the cooked jasmine rice, peanuts and herbs and mix everything until combined

Garnish with coconut flakes
