Steps

Sautee the garlic, ginger and spring onions(white part) until fragrant.

Add the mushrooms and cook until tender

Add water to fill the pot and bring to a boil. Allow to boil for about 5 minutes

Add the miso paste and mix until dissolved.

Cook the noodles in a separate pot until just before cooked. Strain and rinse under cold water thoroughly.

Place noodles into bowls and pour hot soup over. Garnish with spring onion
