  • 4shitake (sliced thinly)
  • 4Rice portions
  • 2garlic gloves (grated)
  • 1 inchginger (grated)
  • 2 tbspmirin
  • 2 tbspsoya sauce
  • 2 tbspsake
  • 1 tspDashi Powder (optional)
  • 1 cubeGF chicken stock

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash rice and add enough water.

  2. 2

    Before cooking, add all ingredients onto the rice and cook as normal in rice cooker.

    Garnish with spring onion on top.

Living in Dublin with my Irish partner who is celiac. My recipes are Gluten Free (GF). Most of my recipes are Asian food and I use soya sauce a lot in them. Regular soya sauce is not GF, but you can get GF one from supermarkets.
