Clean the lobsters and cut them in half lengthwise to help them absorb the marinade. Marinate the lobster with 1 tablespoon garlic powder and 1 tablespoon seasoning powder, then coat the lobster with tempura batter mix. Fry the lobster in hot oil until cooked through.

Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add the Chinese broccoli and mushrooms. Stir-fry and season with sweet and sour sauce to taste. Boil the noodles, then toss them in a pan with garlic oil until fragrant. Arrange the noodles on a plate and top with the vegetables, mushrooms, and lobster.
