  1. 1 cupdouble cream
  2. 1/4 cupgulkand
  3. 1/4 cupcondensed milk
  4. 1/4 cuprose syrup

Steps

Prep-10 mins, Mixing-10mins, Freeze-24h
  1. 1

    Whisk double cream until stiff peaks seen

    Add condensed milk and whisk again

    Add gulkund and mix with a spatula, add rosemary syrup and mix again

    Add on to a baking tin and top with more gulkand. Freeze 24 hrs

    Take scoops and add onto earthen bowl. Enjoy 😊
