  • 500 mlfull fat milk (chilled)
  • 2 tbspgulkand
  • 2 tbsprose syrup
  • 1/2 cupvenila ice-cream
  • 4-5pistachios (chopped)
  • 1 tbsprose petals (for garnishing)

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Take gulkand, milk and rose syrup in a mixer and blend well. You can add ice cream while blending too.

    Once frothy, pour it in the serving glass and top with ice cream, chopped pistachios and rose petals

    Serve chilled and enjoy!!!!
