Ingredients

  • 3 teaspoonskosher salt
  • 1 quartdistilled white vinegar
  • 1/2 poundgolf sized tomatoes
  • 4 ouncemedium sized tomato
  • 6 ouncessliced okra

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot add the quart of vinegar with a tablespoon of kosher salt. Bring the vinegar to boil. Wash the okra and tomatoes. Slice the okra. Add the golf sized tomatoes to the bottom of a sterilized jar. Pour the hot vinegar into the jar. Put a clean sterilized lid on the jar and allow it to cool.
