Ingredients

10 minutes, prep. time 5 minutes
1 serving
  1. 1green raw mango
  2. 4 tspsugar
  3. 15-20fresh green mint leaves
  4. 1green chilli
  5. 1small piece ginger
  6. 1 tsplemon juice
  7. 4ice cubes
  8. 1/4 tspsendha salt
  9. 1/4 tsprock salt
  10. 1/2 tsproasted jeera powder
  11. Water as required

Cooking Instructions

10 minutes, prep. time 5 minutes

    Take a mango, cook in a pressure cooker till 3 whistles. When cools completely, peel off and collect cooked pulp.

    In a mixing jar or in a blender, add mint leaves, green chilli, ginger, roasted jeera powder, lemon juice, sendha salt, rock salt, sugar, and ice cubes, water and mango pulp.

    Blend it in a very smooth texture. Add required water. Mint leaves give it a green colour. Strain it.

    Aam panna is ready to serve. Take a glass, add ice cubes, pour aam panna, garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy..
