3 minute Khaman Poha

Clean & wash poha gently. Let the excess water drain out.

Add coriander, coconut,salt, lemon juice & sugar in the sieve only.

Now transfer the mixture in a plate. Mix gently.

Do the tempering of oil, mustard seeds, green chillies, asafoetida & curry leaves on top. Mix gently.

Serve immediately garnished with coriander & coconut.

Note : Once Khaman poha is ready, do not heat again.This poha is very soft to eat & tempering gives it an extra zing. Worth A Try FRIENDS...... A quick snack.
