In a grinder jar, add rava and poha. Grind it.

Transfer in a bowl. Add curd and hot water as required to make idli batter consistency. Keep aside for 10 minutes.

Now add grated carrot, frozen peas, chopped coriander, ginger chilli paste, and salt. Mix well.

For tempering, add oil, uraddal, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and hing. Pour in idli batter. Mix well. Meanwhile, heat a steamer. Keep ready, idli maker mold stand greased with oil.

Add eno soda, activate with water. Mix well. Pour batter in all idli cavities. Put fried cashews (kaju) on each idli batter.

Close the steamer. Cook for 5 minutes. Open it. Super delicious, quick, and healthy breakfast is ready to serve. Serve idli with idli podi and hot masala tea. Enjoy..
