Ingredients

1/2 hour
1 serving
  • 4 tbspbesan
  • 1 tspOregano seasoning
  • 1 tspkasuri methi
  • 1 sliceonion chopped
  • 1 slicetomato chopped
  • 1small lettuce chopped
  • 1 slicecapsicum chopped
  • 1 slicebell peppers chopped
  • 1spring onion leaf chopped
  • 1 tspsweetcorn
  • 1 small piece of carrot grated
  • 2 smallsliced spring onion

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl, add besan and add water as per thickness. Make batter.

  2. 2

    Add those chopped veggies, kasuri methi and oregano seasoning into besan batter and mix well for consistency.
    As shown in video

  3. 3

    Now spread batter on a non-stick pan.
    Add 1 tsp oil to roast both sides.

  4. 4

    Now place it on a dish and serve with ketchup as shown in video.
