Ingredients

  1. 1 cupall purpose flour(approximate 150gms)
  2. 100 gbutter(Unsalted)
  3. 1/2 cupCondensed milk
  4. 1/2 Cupwater
  5. 1 cuptuty frooty
  6. 1 pinchbaking soda
  7. 250 gmssalt(for baking)
  8. 1/2 cuppowdered sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Take 100g unsalter butter in a bowl and press it against bowl using a spoon to melt it. Now pour the 1/2 cup condensed milk and 1/2 cup powdered sugar into the butter and whisk it till it gets as a smooth paste.

    Now add 1 cup all purpose flour, 1 pinch of baking soda to the mixture and mix it using a whisk. You can add 1/2 cup of water and whisk it till it has no lumps.

    Now add the 1 cup tuty frooty to the mixture and mix it.

  4. 4

    Take a pressure cooker and fill the cooker with 250g of salt and spread it evenly. Now preheat the cooker for 10 minuter under low flame.

    Now take a baking pan or an aluminum base which is about 5 inches in height. Apply butter or ghee to the pan and pour the mixture to the pan.

  6. 6

    Place this pan at the center of the pressure cooker and close the cooker lid. Remember not to have whistle at the top of the cooker lid. Leave the cooker for about 50 min under low flame.

  7. 7

    You can open the lid in the middle to see the conditon of your cake. After 50 minutes open the lid and poke a tooth pick into the cake. If the tooth pick comes out without any liquid substance sticking to it then your cake is ready 😊

    Now take out the pan from the cooker. Let it cool for 5 minutes and then flip it into a plate.

    Points to be noted: 1) you can use the salt next time you bake a cake. 2) Instead of tuty frooty use can use choco chips.
