Take all the ingredients together.In a tadka pan fry peanuts.

In a big mixing bowl add thin poha, chopped onion, coriander leaves, tomato, chilli pieces,grated coconut, fried peanuts, black salt and lime juice.

In a tadka pan add oil and mustard seeds.Allow to crackle.Add curry leaves, asafoetida and turmeric powder.Turn off the gas.

Mix well and serve immediately.

Tip
After mixing together serve immediately otherwise poha will get soggy.
