Ingredients

  • 200 gtin chickpeas 1/2 can
  • 🧂 and pepper Chinese 5 spice powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Drain the chickpeas water I saved to make a mayo. The other half can I used to make hash browns.

  2. 2

    When doing with the 5 spice I lightly oiled the peas and sprinkle the powder and mixed around.
    Then on a tray cooked until crisp.
    Airfyer setting. 205c

    The next flavour was salt and pepper no oil.
    Straight in the pan in airfyer on airfyer setting 205c until crisp.

    Eat straight away which was the case for my husband or store in an airtight container to snack on later.
