When I first tried it I never had cream on hand ... So I decided to add a little twist even with the seasonings . It came out Delicious !

When I first tried it I never had cream on hand ... So I decided to add a little twist even with the seasonings . It came out Delicious !
Steps

Chop onion into a fine dice. Add about quater of the butter and oil into your pot and cook your onions until slightly golden brown.

Once browned add in your chicken along with your Ginger and Garlic Paste. Cook for 2 mins then add in your Chicken seasoning paste, stir in well and cook for a further 8 - 10 mins on medium heat with the lid on.

There after add in your Buttermilk and remaining left over butter along with 1/4 cup Water. Stir in and cook for 15mins over low heat. After season with more salt to taste.

Serve with fresh mint or coriander.
