Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  • 1 cupCorn -
  • 1 cupPanner : grated minuted -
  • 1 cupGreen peas :
  • Green chillies - 3 numbers minute sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoonsCumin seeds -
  • Coriander leaves - 1/4 bunch
  • 1/2 cupGinger minute sliced -
  • 1/2 cupGarlic Minute sliced -
  • 1-2 tablespoonsRice flour
  • 1 pinchGaram masala -
  • Salt as per the taste
  • 1 cupGhee :

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Remove the corn seeds.Take the mixie jar add corn,green peas,green chillies,ginger, cumin seeds,and blend it into a paste.

  2. 2

    Add salt, garam masala and rice flour and mix thoroughly to make the round paties using hands.

  3. 3

    Heat the pan and place the paties and add ghee and cook it on both sides.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a pan and place the corn fritters and deep fry until golden brown in colour.

  5. 5

    Now serve the hot paties or pakoda with tomato or chilly sauce.
