Firstly take samak rice and soaked for 1 hour and then make paste.

Put tomato and curd in mixer and grind it.

Now take lauki and add samak rice paste, singhare ka atta, salt, cumin powder, red chilli powder and mix it nicely.

With the help of spoon put all koftas in heated oil for deep frying all koftas.

Then in kadhai put oil heat it then add cumin seeds spluter them and then add tomato paste and saute till oil separated.

Then put cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt, makhana saute it then add 1 cup water and then add koftas. Give one boil.

Now put in serving bowl and served it.
