Ingredients

2persons
  • 2 cupsrice
  • 1 tintomatoes paste (medium)
  • 4fresh pepper
  • 1onions bulb(medium)
  • 4maggi cube
  • 1carrot (big size)
  • 2 spoonsalts
  • 1 cupvegetable oil
  • 1green beans
  • 2 cupswater
  • 1kilo of goat meat

    Wash and per boil your rice, allow it to boil for 15minutes and drop it,wash again and put 1cup of water on the fire

  2. 2

    Add 1spoon of salts to the water and wash your rice to it,allow it boil for 10minutes when the water must have dried,add your chopped carrot and green beans

  3. 3

    Leave it on the fire for 5seconds and drop your rice

  4. 4

    Wash and blend onions and pepper

  5. 5

    Put your pot on the fire,put 1cup of water on the fire,wash your meat and put it on the fire

  6. 6

    Allow the meat to boil for 10minutes and drop it,put a new pot on the fire your oil on the fire add a little slice of onions, allow it to fry and add your pepper and onions and tomatoes

  7. 7

    Stir while it fry, fry for 5minutes and add your meat water to it

  8. 8

    Add your maggi,salt and cooked meat

  9. 9

    It should boil for 10minutes and then you can drop it and serve
