Ingredients

  • 1/2 CupVegetable Oil
  • 1/3 CupSugar
  • 1/4 CupCider or red wine vinegar
  • 1Garlic clove minced
  • 1/4 TspSalt
  • 1/4 TspPaprika
  • Pinchwhite pepper
  • 8 Cupstorn Romaine Lettuce
  • 4 Cupstorn Bibb or Boston lettuce
  • 2 1/2 CupsSliced Fresh Strawberries
  • 1 CupMonterey Jack Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 CupChopped Walnuts

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the first 7 ingredients in a bottle and shake well. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

  2. 2

    Toss remaining ingredients together.

  3. 3

    Just before serving add dressing and toss well. Enjoy
