Ingredients

1/2 CupVegetable Oil
1/3 CupSugar
1/4 CupCider or red wine vinegar
1Garlic clove minced
1/4 TspSalt
1/4 TspPaprika
Pinchwhite pepper
8 Cupstorn Romaine Lettuce
4 Cupstorn Bibb or Boston lettuce
2 1/2 CupsSliced Fresh Strawberries
1 CupMonterey Jack Cheese, shredded
1/2 CupChopped Walnuts

Steps

Mix the first 7 ingredients in a bottle and shake well. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Toss remaining ingredients together.

Just before serving add dressing and toss well. Enjoy
