Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter. Add the garlic, onion, and potatoes. Sauté well, then cover the skillet and cook for 10 minutes.

Uncover and stir well. Add the shrimp, stirring continuously. Gradually add the sauces while stirring.

Add pepper and paprika. Finally, add the celery. Let cook for a few more minutes. Taste and adjust salt and spiciness as desired.

Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, and/or romaine salad, avocado, and some enchiladas.
