Today was my free day, and the meal was couscous. I made it a bit more filling so I wouldn't eat too much of it.

First, prepare the couscous in the amount you want. To make it, mix flour with water and rub together until it forms small grains, then add salt.

To cook it, use a couscous pot, which is a regular pot with a steamer on top. Fill the bottom pot with water, add cardamom and bay leaves, place a clean white cloth in the steamer, add the couscous, cover with the cloth, and steam until cooked.

After steaming, let the couscous cool slightly, then rub it with your hands again. Sift it well using a couscous sieve.

For this recipe, toast the couscous in a nonstick skillet without any oil, then add the broth and let it absorb. Taste and add salt if needed.

Add the vegetables raw so they keep their nutrients and make the dish more filling. Cut the chicken and mix everything together, then serve and garnish as desired.
