  • 30 gsoy source
  • 30 gsuger
  • 30 gcooking sake (or cooking wine)
  • 160 ccwater
  • 5 ginstant bouillon

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix "source" in the bowl well

  2. 2

    Stew "source" in the frying pan for a few minutes

  3. 3

    Put cut chicken thigh into source and cook for a few minutes

  4. 4

    Put beaten eggs onto chicken and source and close the lid for 2 minutes and done
