Bring your Cinnamon, Dry chilli pepper, Ginger,Clove all together in a morter pound them smoothly keep aside.

Wash the dirt away from the tamarin (tsamiya),after that put the tamarin in a pot add enough water but not so plenty

Then add your pounded ingredient in it and Allow it to boil to stupor😃, I meant to Boil well.

After boiling do not sieve d tamarin away, just bring it down and allow it to cool down, after cooling make sure your hands are clean put ur hand in it and squeeze away the juice remaining left in the tamarin body, after that you can seive away the tamarin.

Then you can add your choice of flavouring drink in it, sugar,Ice and also water to reduce the sugary content, stir and serve chilled.
