Add Flour In A Bowl

Then Add Butter, Salt, Baking Powder, Baking Soda & Curd In The Flour

Combine All The Ingredients Together With The Flour

Add Some Water & Knead A Soft Dough

Cover & Let It Rest For 30 Minutes

Mix Amchur Powder & Salt With Some Water & Keep It For Later Use

Add 1 Cup Boiled Matar In A Bowl

Add Spices (Red Chilli Powder, Chaat Masala & Garam Masala) In It

Add The Amchur & Water Mixture In It

Then Add Chopped Onions & Green Chilies In It

Mix Them Well & Adjust The Seasoning If Required

After 30 Minutes Divide The Dough In Equal Pieces

Take A Piece Of Dough & Roll It Out

Sprinkle Some Chopped Coriander & Kalounji On It

Lightly Press Them With The Rolling Pin

Apply Some Water On One Side Of Kulcha

Place The Water Side On The Hot Tawa

Sprinkle Some Water On Tawa & Cover It Immediately
