500 kgsliced tomato
500 kgmint leaves stem removed
100 kgginger
100 kggarlic
250 kggaram masala
100 kgcorriander powder
600 kgoil
Cashew nuts roasted 500 kg

Cook the rice and keep it sepetate.

Heat the oil,put above ingredients and mix well cook in low flame for 30 minutes. When it i is cooked,add cooked rice and mix well.
For garnishing add roasted cashew nuts.
