  • 2 cupsfusilli
  • 100 gcooked mutton
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 1small root of ginger
  • 2 teaspoonsmixed Italian spices

  1. 1

    2 cups uncooked fusilli and put in boiling water stir until cooked and firm

  2. 2

    In a pan add oil, chopped onion, garlic and ginger and stir for a minute and add grated tomatoes

  3. 3

    Add spicies along with small pieces of mutton and fusilli and ix well until well combined then serve while hot
