Wash well cabbage then slice,remove the hard part.Peel the skin of carrot then slice.Soak glass noodle.

Heat the pan add oil then scramble the eggs.Then set aside.

In the same pan add oil then drop garlic and shallit.Stir fry until fragrant.

Then add in cabbage and carrot mix then add just a bit water.Cover and simmer.

When the cabbage are almost half cook,add in glass noodle and season with oyster sauce.Mix and cover and cook until its ready.
