Tandoori Mutton Keema

Heat oil in a wok. Add cardamoms, cloves, cinnamon stick, peppercorns and cumin seeds. Saute 10 seconds. Add sliced onion and fry till translucent.

Add ginger garlic paste with 2 tbsp oil. Cook 1 minute. Add mutton keema and cook till water dries.

Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander piwder and cumin piwder. Mix and cook 1 minute.

Add sliced tomatoes and salt. Add bay leaves also. Add 1 cup water and cook on low- medium flame for 10-12 minutes.

After 12 minutes, keema is soft. Let water dry if any. Add garam masala powder coriander leaves and chopped green chillies and coriander leaves. Saute on high flame till oil released.

Put off flame. Put a small steel in the keema wok. Put a burning charcoal in the cup and pour 1 tsp ghee on it. Smoke is formed, cover immediately and leave for 2 minutes.

After two minutes take out charcoal. Garnish with coriander leaves. Tandoori mutton keema is ready to be served.
