Ingredients

  1. 2medium potatoes
  2. Bell peppers of your choice (I used a little red and a little green)
  3. 1 tablespooncapers
  4. 1small onion, finely chopped
  5. 1small zucchini
  6. 1lemon
  7. Salt
  8. Fresh parsley, finely chopped
  9. Fresh dill, finely chopped
  10. 1carrot, grated

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the potatoes and zucchini.

    Finely chop the vegetables and add them to the salad.
