  • 2medium potatoes
  • Bell peppers of your choice (I used a little red and a little green)
  • 1 tablespooncapers
  • 1small onion, finely chopped
  • 1small zucchini
  • 1lemon
  • Salt
  • Fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1carrot, grated

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the potatoes and zucchini.
