Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.

In a nonstick skillet, cook the bacon. You can also cook it in the oven.

Spread the nachos evenly on a serving dish or individual plates so the cheese can melt over all of them.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the nachos.

Add the cooked bacon on top of the cheese, either pre-cooked or raw.

Place the tray or plates (two at a time if needed) in the oven. When the cheese is melted, remove from the oven and serve.

You can also make this in the Air Fryer—just melt the cheese and crisp the bacon.

Serve with mini chicken and cheese cordon bleu (frozen), baked at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes, or cook them in the Air Fryer.
