Jamun compote - in a pan boil water, add sugar and add washed jamun, cook on high heat until thick, deseed and set aside

Whisk double cream, add jamun compote and mix well. Colour should be purple

For choux pastry - In a wok boil water, add unsalted butter, mix, add granulated sugar, salt and mix, add All-purpose flour, mix, add eggs and mix, set aside

Bake Pre heat 180 deg c after adding on a parchment paper for 40 mins

Cool completely and decorate with jamun compote, enjoy 😊
