Gujarati style Ripe Gumberry sabzi

Select big ripen gumberries. Wash it properly and pat it dry, squeeze a little and remove the seeds. You can use some salt to avoid stickyness.

For Gujarati style stuffing masala, we use little roasted gram flour,coriander-jeera powder,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, grated fresh coconut, chopped coriander,garam masala,salt, sugar and lime juice. Mix all of these well and stuff the gundas.

Heat oil in a pan add gundas to it. Stir occasionally. Cook until softens. It wan't take much time. Add the remaining masala.and lemon juice.

Garnish with coriander and enjoy.
