Very easy to prepare! Very tasty homemade ham, not dry. Holds its shape well and slices quite thin. Ideal for sandwiches. No gelatin.

Steps
- 1
Cut the chicken meat into small pieces. Add spices, salt and beet juice. Mix well.
- 2
Place the bag in the ham maker and pack the chicken meat tightly into it. Tie the bag. Close the device cover. I have a spring inside.
- 3
Place the ham pan horizontally in the multicooker bowl. Pour boiling water (from an electric kettle) to completely cover the device. Close the multicooker lid and set the “Stew” mode for two hours.
- 4
Two hours after the multicooker signal, check the temperature inside the ham maker. For chicken it should be at least 90 degrees.
- 5
Cool the ham maker. Refrigerate overnight to stabilize. In the morning, remove the ham. Remove the package.
- 6
Slice to serve. Keep refrigerated.
