Steps

Wash and peel pumpkin.Make small pieces.

Chop onion and tomato roughly.In a pressure cooker add pumpkin pieces, onion tomato, ginger and garlic.Add two glass of water and butter.

Make three whistles.Allow to cool.

In a mixer add only pieces and grind it.Add soup water in it.

In a heavy bottom pan add soup and salt.Add water if required.Bring to boiled.

Take soup bowl add soup and decorate with fresh cream.Very tasty, healthy and nutritious soup is ready.
